Description	It's finally here! Over two years in planning and design, the beautiful castings were designed and carved especially for this project - one brick, one stone, one section at a time. Even though this kit features modular construction (so it can be made deeper or shorter as needed), each of the sections is unique unto itself, so that you won't find the patterns (of worn, missing or damaged brick or stone) repeating themselves. The kit also features laser cut wood parts (the windows, doors and all wood siding), precut Evergreen Styrene and Mount Albert Scale Lumber and a brand new set of painting instructions written especially for this kit.  This special kit will be run in just very limited numbers and will not be re-run whne sold out.
Construction Method	Cast Hydrocal plaster walls, laser cut wood door & windows.
Construction Time	Modelers of average skill should be able to finish this kit in just a few evenings. Easy to understand step by step instructions are provided to walk you through each step of construction, from gluing the kit together to final painting and aging.
Tools Required	Hobby knife, sanding block, 5 minute epoxy, super glue, paint brushes.
Finishing	Flat white spray paint (to seal the  castings) and water based artists acrylics.
