Description	This new kit is one of the largest ever released in N scale. With its large footprint and imposing height, this structure would be a unique addition to any layout. If you choose to use the kit as a background "flat," the walls can be put end-to-end to creat a massive building almost 4 feet long! This kit features loading dock doors on both sides (so trucks can use one side, rail, the other), beautifully detailed hydrocal castings (with a great-looking old brick pattern never seen before in N scale), laser cut wood freight doors adn office, custom laser cut rooftop signs made exclusively for this project by Bar Mills Scale Models and complete, easy to read assembly, painting and aging instructions. This is a limited run, and, once sold out this kits will not be rerun.
Construction Method	Cast Hydrocal plaster walls, plastic door & windows and full color paper signs and awnings.
Construction Time	Modelers of average skill should be able to finish this kit in 2 or 3 evenings. Easy to understand step by step instructions are provided to walk you through each step of construction, from gluing the kit together to final painting and aging.
Tools Required	Hobby knife, sanding block, 5 minute epoxy, super glue, paint brushes.
Finishing	Flat white spray paint (to seal the  castings) and water based artists acrylics.
